Read Local Book Festival
To kick-off the Read Local Book Festival, we’re bringing together some the area’s most talented cookbook authors. They’ll have demos, tastings, and, of course, cookbooks for you to enjoy. The event is generously hosted by Belt Line Station.
Taste samples from the area`s best cookbook authors, watch live demos from star cookbook chefs such as James Beard Award Hall of Famer Jean Anderson and James Beard Award Semi-Finalist Lionel Vatinet of La Farm Bakery. You`ll have the opportunity to interact with the authors, buy their books, and have them inscribed. All money from ticket sales goes to support the Durham Library Foundation.
