Grand Taste Experience
Sample a variety of our artisans breads at Taste the Event's Grand Taste Experience right here in the Triangle!
Expect to be “Thanksgiving full,” as one patron described it last year, at the Grand Taste Experience! You’ll spend the evening savoring dishes created by 20 of the best chefs in the region! Meet local beverage makers producing your favorite beer, soda, coffee, and spirits. You are sure to try something new. And, we’ve rounded up our chef’s favorite distributors to bring you wine from around the world and educate your palate! If that wasn’t enough, you’ll see live music and have the opportunity to mingle with culinary enthusiasts.
A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Durham Branch of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. The Durham branch serves over 96,000 individuals who are at risk for hunger; about one-third of those are children.
In 2014, Taste the Event fed over 17,000 hungry people in our community.
