Come gather at La Farm Bakery. Lionel will work with your group or team to design a class around the events objective. A chocolate fetish, team building, or category themed... Everything is hands-on and there are lots of fun things to learn about and taste along the way. Each participants hand crafts for example their own hearth baked foccaccia’s, learns how to pipe Pate Choux and build the famous French dessert Profiteroles, or learns how to make a rustic apple tart. What ever program you all design together, each person packages their tasty treasures hot out of the oven to take home and enjoy! or enjoy together on premise – please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy together if you so choose.
Cost: $65.00 per person, 8 person minimum , $260 Deposit to reserve Date. Rate could change based on menu selection and length of time.
Length of Party: 2 hours – 1 ½ hour for baking and ½ hour social while products finish baking. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine – ask Lionel for suggestions to match the menu you all will be making
