Country French Bread  - Le Pain Quotidian “Daily Bread”

Tues, Sept 14th                       5:30 - 8:30 pm                       $75.00

Lionel Vatinet leads this introductory bread class about the basics and fundamentals of le pain francais. Learn everything about the essential elements of great French bread including Lionel’s signature kneading technique, shaping the dough, and to how to pull the breads out of our European steam-injected oven.

 

 

Pizza Class               

Wed, Sept 15rd                    5:30 – 8:30 pm                     $75.00

Learn how to make Traditional Handmade Crust for your pizzas at home in this very popular class.   In class you will create a variety of flavors, using fresh ingredients.  Once you’ve mastered the crust, the sky is the limit and you can experiment with your own creations at home! 

 

Mama Vatinet’s Rustic French Pastry Class

Come learn some of Lionel’s family’s favorite desserts.  The ones he grew up with, the ones his mother entertained fearlessly by, and secrets passed down through the generations.  Learn, see, and taste first-hand why the French do dessert so well.  Rustic Apple Tart, Crepes, Profiteroles, and Double Dark Chocolate Mousse.
